More Classes
Thank you for making our Centre a great success. We welcome
all our new students and look forward to making your experience
healthy and enjoyable.
We have added more classes to our fall schedule and introduce new
teachers. It has been very exciting for us to meet and get to know
all of you. It is our intention to expand and offer more workshops
and seminars.
Yoga, which literally means to "yog" or bind is an
ancient system that balances body, mind and spirit. This ancient
science has been practiced for over 5,000 years and is still growing
in popularity. Science has proved that yoga works! With the combination
of postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and chanting,
you can experience a depth within yourself that you may never before
have realized.
Yogic postures and exercises
treat the body by adjusting the meridians,
nerve centres, organs and systems that can
accelerate a healing process or simply to keep
you in good shape. Mentally you can learn to
relax and maximize your thinking potential
and clarity of thought. In these times we all
need upliftment, encouragement and purpose.
Yoga can give you a strong base of spiritual
understanding within yourself and a deeper
connectiveness to your soul.
I would like to dedicate our centre to Yogi
Bhajan who has been my teacher for
the past 25 years. Through his continual
support and love I have been able to reach,
teach and meet many, many people from all
walks of life.

Yogi Bhajan (1929 ~2004), was a Master of Kundalini Yoga, Mahan
Tantric and Doctor of Psychology whose unique wisdom and tireless
service has brought positive lifestyle changes and hope to millions
of people through his inspiration and teachings.
